Secret Parties offers a complimentary Birthday pass for select events, primarily applicable to our Brunch events. To qualify for the complimentary Birthday brunch, the booking must include 5 or more guests, and the Birthday date should fall within 5 days of the event. The Birthday celebrant must provide valid ID or proof of date of birth upon arrival to enjoy this offer. Please note that one (1) complimentary Birthday pass is granted for the Birthday celebrant only for every group of 5 guests. For bookings with 10 or more guests, two (2) Birthday passes can be redeemed by the Birthday celebrants only for free, and so on. The Birthday offer cannot be availed with the Cabin Crew & Teachers offers.

To address any dietary needs, we kindly ask that guests indicate their requirements in the booking notes before confirming their order.

Seating will be allocated subject to the packages booked. Groups must ensure they select the same packages to be seated together on the day / night.

Our event age limits adhere to the legal drinking age of the host country, which may vary by location. This event is 21+, and venues often enforce a 'Check 25' policy. Guests appearing under 25 must bring valid ID, including Passport, National ID, or Driver's License. The venue may deny entry without valid ID.

Please be aware that all deposits processed via the Secret Parties website are non-refundable. Each deposit, when ordering on our website, is on a per-person basis and cannot be applied to adjust the total order price in case of event day changes. For ticket purchases through third-party companies, we advise you to adhere to their specific cancellation policies. Our event cancellation and refund policies are event and venue specific and will be addressed individually. To initiate a cancellation, please send us an email at bookings@secret-parties.com with all the relevant cancellation details for proper assistance.

Please be aware that when you purchase prepaid tickets or make table deposits, the venue and event management retain full discretion. Secret Parties has no influence over this process, and entry is contingent on several factors to ensure fairness. Refunds for ticket or deposit payments will not be issued if entry is denied for the following reasons: 1. Influence of drugs 2. Deemed excessively intoxicated 3. Lack of valid age-verification ID (as specified above) 4. Non-compliance with the venue's dress code (all Secret Parties dress code details are available on the event pages of our website). The venue's decision at the door regarding any of these criteria will be final.

Secret Parties cannot assume responsibility for the loss or damage of personal belongings. We advise all guests to promptly notify the venue if they discover any lost or stolen items for proper assistance.

Secret Parties may use event photographs/videos without express written consent. Images will not include full names or personal information without approval. To opt out of image recording, inform the photographer, event organizers, or contact Secret Parties in writing. By not doing so, you agree to release Secret Parties from any claims related to image use. Unauthorized use of Secret Parties media requires written permission from an authorized representative.
